On November 15, the President of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, Mr. Chen Xinwei, Secretary-General of the Regenerated Fiber Association, Mr. Li Deli, and Professor Wang Huaping from Donghua University visited New Mai Analytical for in-depth research and discussions. Mr. Yang Peiqiang, Chairman of New Mai Analytical, Mr. Yang Yi, Marketing Director, and Mr. Yang Liang, Product Manager, accompanied the visit. This visit not only recognized the technological strength of New Mai Analytical but also provided an opportunity for in-depth communication on technological innovation and market expansion in the chemical fiber industry.

Under the guidance of Mr. Yang Peiqiang, Chairman of New Mai Analytical, the leadership team toured the company’s showroom and gained a deep understanding of New Mai Analytical’s over 20 years of development. Chairman Yang provided a detailed introduction to the fruitful achievements the company has made through collaborations with scientific research clients and highlighted the company’s innovations and market expansion successes in the field of low-field nuclear magnetic resonance technology. Mr. Chen Xinwei and his team expressed high recognition of New Mai Analytical’s capabilities in the research, development, and production of high-end nuclear magnetic resonance analytical instruments. In terms of technical details, both sides engaged in a thorough discussion on how to better apply New Mai Analytical’s advanced technology to the chemical fiber industry to enhance the industry’s level of automation and market competitiveness.

In the subsequent meeting, Product Manager Mr. Yang Liang provided a detailed introduction to New Mai Analytical’s corporate culture, development strategy, and application cases in the chemical fiber industry.

Professor Wang Huaping raised three key points: improving detection efficiency, paperless data, and developing new platforms; integrating with packaging lines for unified detection and integrating nuclear magnetic devices into production lines.

President Chen Xinwei emphasized the importance of improving the economic value from the perspective of enterprises, suggesting that reducing reliance on manual labor is a key factor in calculating the direct economic value for businesses. He also recommended considering oil-based companies as potential clients. He pointed out that there are few instrument manufacturers, and many chemical fiber companies are building their own research institutes, so there is still a market for instruments in the research institutes of large companies. He hopes that both sides can achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages in future cooperation to jointly promote the advancement of chemical fiber testing and development technologies.

Secretary-General Mr. Li Deli shared his experiences and needs regarding regenerated fiber identification technology services, discussing the potential for research on nuclear magnetic resonance. Both sides also explored potential areas for future collaboration, including, but not limited to, the miniaturization of online devices and integrated testing of both external appearance and internal quality.
Finally, Chairman Yang Peiqiang accompanied President Chen Xinwei, Professor Wang Huaping, and Secretary-General Li Deli to visit New Mai’s equipment production facilities, reliability laboratories, and customer experience center. Chairman Yang emphasized that New Mai Analytical will continue to focus on technological innovation and product upgrades to meet the growing analytical needs of the fiber industry. The company will keep driving the development of automation and intelligent technologies to provide more efficient and precise analytical solutions for the chemical fiber industry.

This visit was not only a technical exchange but also a vision for future cooperation. New Mai Analytical looks forward to establishing closer partnerships with the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, Donghua University, and other institutions to jointly promote technological progress and industrial upgrades in the chemical fiber industry, contributing to the industry’s green development and intelligent transformation.
