The 5th Food Drying Symposium and the 10th National Symposium on Low-Field NMR Technology and Applications (Food & Agriculture Session)

To better discuss the latest research advancements and applications in food drying and low-field nuclear magnetic resonance (LF-NMR) technology, the 5th Food Drying Symposium and the 10th National Low-Field NMR Technology and Applications Symposium (Food & Agriculture Session) will be held at the beautiful Shanmingshui Hotel in Wuxi from November 14 to 16, 2018. The conference will continue the tradition of this series by providing a platform for professionals (engineers, scientists, technical experts, and sales personnel) in the food drying and LF-NMR fields to exchange new technological achievements. We are now accepting abstract submissions. Please submit your abstracts by June 30, 2018, via email to the conference organizing team at FDW2018@jiangnan.edu.cn. Indicate whether the submission is for an oral presentation or poster session. Based on content relevance and innovation, we will notify you whether the submission will be presented orally or as a poster. Please specify the topic: 1) Basic theory of food drying; 2) Drying processes of various food materials; 3) Innovative food drying technologies; 4) Food drying equipment; 5) Intelligent food drying; 6) New applications of low-field NMR technology in food drying; 7) New applications of low-field NMR technology in meat and seafood processing; 8) New applications of low-field NMR technology in starch and oil testing; 9) Research progress on low-field NMR in big health (functional foods, human metabolism, etc.); 10) Others.
