Since 1946, when American scientists Bloch and Purcell observed the NMR phenomenon in water and paraffin, breaking the previous limitation of observing NMR only in molecular beams under high-vacuum environments, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technology has developed rapidly. It plays a significant role not only in the study of material microstructures and medical diagnostics but also in a wide range of fields, including energy, geosciences, food, agriculture, life sciences, materials, and industry. Over the past decades, the application research and technological development of low-field nuclear magnetic resonance have been a global research hotspot. Newmai Analysis is a high-tech enterprise focused on the research and promotion of nuclear magnetic resonance technology. It provides high-performance nuclear magnetic resonance analyzers and integrated solutions to address challenges in fields such as oil exploration, food safety raw material control, and chemical materials process quality analysis. This lecture will provide an in-depth introduction to the application of low-field NMR technology across various sectors and guide the audience through the world of low-field NMR technology applications.

Jiang Wei, Product Manager at Suzhou Newmai Analysis Instruments Co., Ltd. He joined Newmai in 2011 and has held various positions, including application engineer, application department head, customer service manager, and product manager. He has long been engaged in the application and technical work of low-field nuclear magnetic resonance technology, with rich experience in the application and development of low-field NMR technology.
