Through 15 years of ups and downs, “niumager – Newmai friends” have worked diligently, taken on challenges, and scaled new heights. With 15 years of shared growth and companionship, we are grateful for the support and friendship of our clients, friends, and industry peers.

To celebrate Newmai’s 15th anniversary in 2018, we are launching a series of gratitude and reward activities. The details are as follows:

Activity 1: Lucky Draw for Signed Customers

 

Customers who signed and purchased Newmai products between January 1 and September 30, 2018, will be eligible to participate in the lucky draw. The lucky customers will be selected at the 15th Anniversary Celebration in October. There will be 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes. The grand prizes will be sent directly to the customers.

Activity 2: Product Exchange or Upgrade Discount

 

For customers who have previously used Newmai products, any purchase of Newmai instruments before September 30, 2018, will be eligible for an exchange or upgrade discount. For more details, please consult with Newmai’s regional sales managers when making your purchase.

Activity 3: Series of Promotional Events

 

Throughout 2018, Newmai will host 15-20 promotional events across the country, such as technical exchange meetings, including the first “Science Popularization Journey” event in the first half of 2018 (March-June), with the theme “Exploring NMR Technology, Journey Together”, where we will present customized and targeted new low-field nuclear magnetic resonance application solutions. In the second half of 2018 (September-December), we will hold the second “Service Journey” event with the theme “Customer First, Service Excellence”.
Invitations for these events will be published on Newmai’s official website and WeChat account in advance. We welcome all experts, leaders, and customers to stay informed and actively participate.

Activity 4: Free Participation in the 10th National Low-field NMR Technology and Applications Seminar

 

2018 marks both Newmai’s 15th anniversary and the 10th anniversary of the National Low-field NMR Technology and Applications Seminar. To enhance the customer experience, Newmai will host a series of regional seminars in 2018, including the Zhejiang Ningbo seminar in May 2018 for life science and materials science, and the Jiangsu Wuxi seminar in October for food science and the Shandong Qingdao seminar for energy and geological exploration. Newmai will offer 15 free participation slots through the first “Science Popularization Journey” and second “Service Journey” events.

Activity 5: Free Instrument Testing and Maintenance for Customers

 

Newmai has always adhered to the principle of “customer-first, heartfelt service” in its after-sales work. In 2017, we visited nearly 20 instrument users for free. In 2018, we will continue to increase the number of visits and strive to provide better service to every customer.
Additionally, during the second “Service Journey” event in 2018, Newmai will select 15 units to provide free testing and maintenance services for their instruments.

Activity 6: Free Participation in Advanced NMR Technology and Applications Training

 

To enable customers to use nuclear magnetic resonance equipment efficiently, Newmai hosts an “Advanced NMR Technology and Applications Training” every year, focusing on the basic principles of NMR, applications in various fields, and experimental skills. In 2018, Newmai will randomly select 15 free training slots for its online and offline events.

Activity 7: Excellent Paper Selection

 

To encourage customers to explore Newmai’s technology further, apply our products to solve more practical problems, and publish more high-quality scientific papers, Newmai has set up an excellent paper award to recognize contributors to the advancement of low-field nuclear magnetic resonance analysis technology.
Any scientific paper published since January 1, 2016, using Newmai’s low-field NMR products is eligible for this award. We will award 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 9 participation prizes. Monetary rewards and prizes will be given, and industry experts will select and announce the winners at the 15th Anniversary Celebration.

Activity 8: Share Photos and Tell Stories

 

Share stories about your daily experiments and your experiences with Newmai instruments, such as the samples you’ve tested, your feedback, funny moments during usage, successful experiences, etc.; or take creative photos with Newmai products; or write your best wishes for Newmai’s 15th anniversary. We will send beautiful gifts to participants as a token of our sincere appreciation.

15 years, Newmai has stayed true to its original intention, continued to strive forward, and is deeply grateful to our customers for their support. Every event in this 15th-anniversary celebration has been carefully planned, and each gift thoughtfully selected, all to show our gratitude and bring joy and luck to you.
