
Global Service Tour – Qingdao Stop Successfully Concluded
2023 marks the 20th anniversary of Niumai Analysis. To better serve both new and long-standing customers, offering comprehensive technical support and application assistance, Niumai launched the fourth edition of its “Global Service Tour” on 7 April in Qingdao, which concluded successfully, embodying the spirit of “Customer First, Service Foremost.”

On 7 April 2023, the Niumai Global Service Tour kicked off at Room D305, Liupai Building, China University of Petroleum (East China). Over 50 faculty members and students from China University of Petroleum (East China), Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao University of Technology, and other institutions attended. Participants discussed the latest applications and research of low-field nuclear magnetic resonance in the energy sector and exchanged insights with the Niumai Analysis team on instrument-related challenges.
01 Before the Event

Before the event began, Professor Fan Yiren, representing Niumai users, delivered a welcome speech, warmly greeting all teachers and students. He highlighted that the Global Service Tour provides an excellent platform for exchange and interaction, encouraging participants to gain new research perspectives. He also wished the Qingdao stop a successful event.

To provide a clear overview, Niumai Analysis General Manager Li Xianghong introduced the objectives, purpose, and process of the Global Service Tour.
02 During the Event


During the event, Product Director Gao Yangwen introduced Niumai’s development history, product applications, and the principles of low-field magnetic resonance;
Professor Ge Xinmin shared the latest applications and advancements of low-field NMR technology in oil and gas exploration;
Customer Service Manager Pan Lixing explained the operation and maintenance of low-field NMR instruments;
Pre-Sales Manager Gu Ming introduced software for data analysis and image processing for low-field NMR instruments.

After the presentations, participants engaged in interactive discussions with the Niumai team, sharing research challenges and solutions. This Q&A session exemplified the Global Service Tour’s commitment to customer service and hands-on problem-solving.

Fun Lucky Draw
To thank participants for their support, Niumai held a lucky draw during the coffee break, awarding custom Niumai backpacks, insulated cups, plush toys, and cushions to attendees.
03 After the Event
Following the event, the Niumai team provided follow-up services at China University of Petroleum (East China), including introductions to NMR testing workflows, imaging software, and hands-on training. This practical approach greatly enhanced participants’ proficiency in instrument operation.

With the Qingdao stop successfully concluded, the fourth edition of the Global Service Tour is off to a great start.
