Study on Plant Root Development Based on Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology

Plant roots play a vital role in growth and development. However, due to their location in opaque soil environments, the lack of rapid, accurate, and non-destructive in situ observation methods has long limited in-depth root research.
Traditional root study techniques are destructive, labor-intensive, and often lack precision. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) offers a non-destructive alternative with high spatial resolution.
