Good News: The NMR Fiber Oil Content Analyzer Wins the 2017 Excellence in Scientific Instruments New Product Award

On April 15th, Nuohai Analysis was invited to attend the “12th Annual China Scientific Instrument Development Conference 2017” (ACCSI 2018) held in Changzhou. That evening, at the ACCSI 2018 Annual Instrument Awards Gala, Nuohai’s Industrial Nuclear Magnetic Resonance – Fiber Oil Content Analyzer stood out from 134 competing instruments due to its exceptional product performance and market feedback, and was awarded the “2017 Outstanding New Scientific Instrument” award.

It is reported that in 2016, at the awards ceremony of the same conference, Nuohai was recognized as the “Most Promising Enterprise in the Scientific Instrument Industry 2015”.

The 12th “Outstanding New Product in Scientific Instruments” award process began at the end of 2017, with 688 new products from 287 domestic and international instrument manufacturers undergoing approval. Among the 132 shortlisted products, over 75 senior experts from the industry conducted an online evaluation, ultimately selecting 30 “2017 Outstanding New Scientific Instruments”. Nuohai’s Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Fiber Oil Content Analyzer was honored with a spot on this prestigious list.

Fiber Oil Content Analyzer (NMR): This instrument is fast, precise, and non-destructive. It is currently used for testing oil content in 16 types of fibers, including viscose, polyester short fibers, polyester filaments, nylon, and polypropylene. It has a competitive advantage in the current market for similar products.

The PQ001 Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Fiber Oil Content Analyzer is a specialized small NMR device for fiber enterprises. It has been successfully applied to analyze the oil content in fibers. Chairman Yang’s View: Nuohai’s rapid growth and the widespread application of low-field NMR technology are attributed to data collection, mining, sharing, and processing. The birth of nuclear magnetic resonance is actually the result of the integration of modern instruments, artificial intelligence, and big data. The principle of NMR is to extract hydrogen signals from the material being tested, then perform big data extraction and AI algorithm processing, thereby evaluating the quality of the sample. Two typical cases are maize screening in the breeding industry and rapid quality identification of edible oils. For edible oil data, we’ve been working on it for 10 years.
