Good News | Niumag Awarded the Title of “Gazelle Enterprise”

On the afternoon of August 22, Suzhou High-Tech Zone held a Promotion Conference for the Development of Innovation-Driven Leading Enterprises, where the 2018 list of “Gazelle Enterprises” was officially announced. Deputy Mayor and Party Secretary of the High-Tech Zone, Xu Meijian, attended and delivered a speech. District Governor Wu Xinming presided over the meeting.

The conference emphasized that technological innovation is the key driver of growth, and innovation-led enterprises are pivotal to that mission. The 2018 list of Gazelle Enterprise Cultivation Program entries was officially released during the event.

Among many companies in the High-Tech Zone, Suzhou Niumag Analytical Instrument Co., Ltd. stood out once again, earning recognition and support from the local government. Niumag was officially awarded the title of “Gazelle Enterprise of Suzhou High-Tech Zone.”

The term “Gazelle Enterprise” originated in Silicon Valley in the 1990s. It refers to high-growth startups that have successfully crossed the “Valley of Death” and entered rapid growth stages. To qualify for the program, enterprises must be national-level high-tech companies headquartered within the district, be established for less than 10 years, not yet listed on main boards or ChiNext, have semi-annual sales between 50 million and 500 million RMB, and demonstrate an average revenue or profit growth rate of no less than 15% over the past three years.

Ms. Li Xianghong, Executive General Manager of Niumag, attended the event and accepted the “Gazelle Enterprise of Suzhou High-Tech Zone” plaque on behalf of the company.
