Gathering of Experts — Niumag Participates in the 5th China Academic Conference on Analytical Instruments

From August 7–9, 2018, the 5th China Academic Conference on Analytical Instrumentation (ACAIC 2018) was held at Haiyue Garden Hotel in Wujiang, Suzhou. The event was jointly hosted by the Analytical Instrument Branch of the China Instrument and Control Society and the Yangtze River Delta Innovation Alliance for Scientific Instruments. More than 500 professionals gathered to explore the future development of the industry.

The conference opened under the moderation of Mr. Liu Changkuan, Executive Vice Chairman of the Analytical Instrument Branch. Mr. Guan Yafeng, Chairman of the Branch, delivered a welcome address.

At this prestigious event, Niumag Analytical showcased two of its industrial NMR systems. Its booth attracted great interest from Chairman Guan Yafeng, Executive Vice Chairman Liu Changkuan, and Secretary-General Zeng Wei of the Analytical Instrument Branch of CAIA, who visited to exchange ideas with Niumag’s technical and executive teams.

As an active player in the analytical instrumentation field, Niumag continues to push boundaries by delivering professional low-field NMR application solutions. In recent years, the company has expanded into the industrial NMR market — targeting the demands for high reliability, accuracy, reproducibility, usability, and sensitivity.

Today, Niumag offers a growing lineup of mature industrial NMR products, including the Solid Fat Content Analyzer, Fibre Oil Content Analyzer, Nano-Porosity Analyzer, and Crosslink Density Analyzer. Looking ahead, the company will pursue the coordinated development of both scientific and industrial systems, aiming to become a leader in industrial NMR applications.

Also in attendance were Ms. Ma Lanfeng (Chairperson of the Shanghai Analytical Instrument Innovation Alliance) and Dr. Wang Jing (Researcher, CAAS), who offered guidance and exchanged views with the Niumag team.

During the conference, a delegation of experts — including Researcher Wu Yongning (CFSA), Director Cai Qiang (Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Institute), Secretary-General Zeng Wei (CAIA), Researcher Wang Jing (CAAS), and Prof. Chen Bin (Jiangsu University) — visited Niumag’s headquarters in Suzhou High-Tech Zone.

Chairman & Chief Scientist Mr. Yang Peiqiang and Executive GM Ms. Li Xianghong welcomed the guests, shared Niumag’s development journey, and led them through a tour of the production facility, calibration labs, and China’s first CNAS-accredited petroleum-focused NMR laboratory.

The experts highly praised Niumag’s achievements and encouraged the company to continue developing new low-field NMR tools to solve real scientific challenges.

At the event, longtime Niumag partner Prof. Liao Guangzhi (China University of Petroleum – Beijing) received the 2018 Zhu Liangyi Youth Innovation Award for his pioneering research on low-field NMR tools and downhole logging technologies.
