Global Service Tour – Stop 7: Hefei Concludes Successfully!

Dedicated to customer service and strengthening university–enterprise collaboration. On July 21, 2023, at the height of summer, Niumai’s Global Service Tour was grandly held at the Anhui Provincial Key Laboratory of Building Structure and Underground Engineering, Anhui Jianzhu University. More than 30 teachers and students from Anhui Jianzhu University and Hefei University of Technology braved the heat to attend this event.

1 Opening Remarks

 

Before the event began, Associate Dean Shi Guodong of the School of Civil Engineering delivered the opening address. He warmly welcomed all the participants and highlighted that the Niumai Global Service Tour is an excellent platform for communication and interaction. He expressed the hope that everyone would gain fresh perspectives for their research, and wished the event great success.

2 Event in Progress…

 

During the event, Gao Yangwen, Product Director at Niumai, gave an in-depth presentation on the fundamentals of low-field NMR, hardware architecture, and the company’s latest R&D achievements. He shared the newest research applications and experimental insights in the fields of geotechnical and cement-based materials.

After-sales Engineer Pan Lixing introduced the operation and maintenance of low-field NMR instruments to the attendees.

Training Engineer Zeng Bing provided an overview of data processing and imaging software for low-field NMR.

Following the presentations, faculty and students engaged in active discussions with the Niumai team. They exchanged ideas and sought solutions to research-related challenges, fully embodying the mission of the Global Service Tour: to serve customers and provide hands-on support for practical problems.

3 Hands-on Practice

 

On the evening of the 21st, Engineer Zeng Bing guided participants into the laboratory, explaining the workflows of Niumai’s analysis software, imaging software, and hardware systems. He provided targeted demonstrations and conducted hands-on practice sessions together with the students.

In addition, participants engaged in interactive experiments, discussing and resolving issues they encountered during actual operation.

Successful Conclusion in Hefei

 

Thus, the seventh stop of Niumai’s Global Service Tour – Hefei – concluded successfully! Special thanks to Associate Dean Shi Guodong, Professor Cao Guangyong, and Professor Lin Jian of Anhui Jianzhu University for their strong support.

From April to June, the Niumai Global Service Tour team has journeyed through spring and into summer, with stops in Qingdao, Wuxi, Wuhan, Chengdu, Vienna, and Russia, putting into action our commitment: Customer First, Service Above All.
