Global Service Tour – Chengdu Stop Concludes Successfully!

On 8 June 2023, inside Room A403 at the State Key Laboratory of Southwest Petroleum University, more than 30 faculty members and students from Southwest Petroleum University, Chengdu University of Technology, and the Southwest Oil & Gas Field Exploration and Development Research Institute gathered for the event. They exchanged insights with the Niumag team on the latest applications and research in low-field NMR within the energy sector and discussed in depth any issues encountered with the instruments.

Before the Event

Before the event officially began, Prof. Tang Hongming, representing Niumag users, delivered a welcoming speech. He warmly greeted all attending faculty and students, highlighting the “Niumag Service Global Tour” as an excellent platform for exchange and interaction. Prof. Tang encouraged participants to gain inspiration for their research and wished the event every success.

Ms. Li Xianghong, General Manager of Niumag Analysis, then provided a brief overview of the Global Service Tour, outlining its purpose, objectives, and event flow, ensuring participants had a clear understanding of the programme.

During the Event

 

During the event, Mr. Gao Yangwen, Product Director at Niumag Analysis, introduced attendees to the company’s history, product applications, and principles of low-field NMR technology.

Afterwards, After-sales Engineer Mr. Huang Fu explained the operation and maintenance of low-field NMR instruments.

Pre-sales Engineer Mr. Wang Shitai presented the data processing and imaging software for low-field NMR.

Following the theoretical presentations, many faculty and students engaged in discussions with the Niumag team, exchanging questions and insights on their respective research topics. This interactive session demonstrated the Global Service Tour’s mission to serve clients and address practical issues encountered in instrument usage.

In the evening, Engineer Wang Shitai guided participants through the laboratory, demonstrating Niumag Analysis software, imaging software, and hardware operations, with hands-on demonstrations tailored to attendees’ research needs.

Participants also engaged in interactive experiments, discussing and troubleshooting any challenges encountered during practical operations together.

Chengdu Stop Concludes Successfully

 

With this, the final stop of the first half of the Global Service Tour—the Chengdu stop in the Land of Abundance—successfully concluded!

From April to June, the Niumag Global Service Tour team accompanied participants through spring into summer, visiting Qingdao, Wuxi, Wuhan, and Chengdu, actively embodying the “Customer First, Service Excellence” ethos through on-site support.

Looking ahead, we will continue to meet participants offline, offering comprehensive technical services and application support to both new and returning customers through this 20th-anniversary Global Service Tour. Stay tuned!
