13th National Symposium on Low-Field NMR Technology and Applications – Second Circular (Conference Notice)

Low-field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) technology is known for its rapid, non-destructive, in-situ, and online capabilities. It has been widely applied across various fields, including energy geotechnics, life sciences, food and agriculture, and polymer materials. To further promote the adoption of low-field NMR and foster communication and collaboration among experts and scholars, the NMR Instrument Expert Group of the Analytical Instrument Branch of the China Instrument and Control Society will host the 13th National Symposium on Low-Field NMR Technology and Applications at the International Conference Center of China University of Geosciences (Beijing) from October 12–13, 2025.

Having been successfully held for twelve consecutive years, this annual symposium is the most comprehensive platform in China for showcasing and exchanging achievements in low-field NMR technology and its applications. The 13th edition will continue to focus on advances in time-domain low-field NMR, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and other related theories, methods, and technologies, as well as their applications in energy geotechnics, life sciences, food and agriculture, and polymer research.

The conference will feature invited talks from leading domestic scholars and NMR experts. The NMR Instrument Expert Group of the Analytical Instrument Branch of the China Instrument and Control Society warmly invites all professionals in related fields to participate.

During the symposium, attendees are also invited to join the “Golden Autumn at CUG · Run for Wellness” health-oriented orienteering event.

I. Conference Time & Location

1. Dates: October 12–13, 2025 (Registration on October 12)

2. Venue: International Conference Center, China University of Geosciences (Beijing), No. 29 Xueyuan Road, Haidian District, Beijing.

II. Abstract Submission

Abstract submissions are now open! We welcome all interested researchers to contribute and indicate whether your submission is intended as an oral or poster presentation. The organizing committee will review submissions based on relevance and innovation and notify you in advance of the presentation format.

Submission format requirements will be provided in a follow-up notice.

III. Registration Fee & Accommodation

Registration Fee: RMB 1200 per person (includes venue, meals, and materials). Student rate: RMB 800 per person (valid student ID required at registration).

Accommodation: Rooms and meals will be arranged at the International Conference Center of China University of Geosciences (Beijing). Accommodation costs are self-funded.
