Newma Showcases Its Expertise | Newma Presents Green and Non-Destructive Application Solutions at the 2nd Big Food Vision • Future Food Technology Innovation International Symposium

On May 24–25, the “2nd Grand Food Vision & Future Food Technology Innovation International Conference” was grandly held in Chengdu. Guided by the concept of the “Grand Food Vision,” the conference focused on technological innovation in future foods and promoted deep collaboration across industry, academia, research, and application. Conducted both online and offline, the event attracted nearly 400,000 livestream viewers, showcasing its significant influence in the food industry.

In recent years, as consumer demands for food safety and quality continue to rise, innovation in food testing technologies has become crucial. Niumag has been closely following industry trends, investing in R&D, and continuously enhancing product performance and service quality. Recently, Niumag was awarded the title of “Outstanding Participant in Tracking and Evaluating National Food Safety Standards for Testing Methods (2022–2025)” by the China Certification & Accreditation Association. At the conference, Niumag showcased its expertise through an exhibition booth, highlighting multiple applications of low-field nuclear magnetic resonance (LF-NMR) technology in the food sector. These included studies on water distribution and dynamic migration, food kinetics, content analysis, and nutritional profiling and authentication, attracting significant attention from attendees.

Many attendees visited the Niumag booth for in-depth discussions with company staff. From technical principles to hands-on operations, and from application scenarios to real-world outcomes, the conversations explored the technology’s potential in both production and research settings. Some industry representatives noted that Niumag’s LF-NMR technology offers fresh solutions for quality control challenges in manufacturing processes, while scholars praised the technology as a powerful tool for advancing research into the microscopic mechanisms of food.

The conference aimed to gather diverse expertise to explore opportunities and challenges for future food innovation under the Grand Food Vision framework, fostering collaboration across industry, academia, research, and application.
