Call for Posters | 12th National Symposium on Low-Field NMR Technology and Applications

Dear Niumag Users,

To promote the use of low-field NMR technology in China and provide a platform for communication and collaboration among NMR experts and scholars, while advancing China’s research in this field, the NMR Expert Group of the Analytical Instruments Branch of the Chinese Society for Instrumentation has decided to hold the 12th National Conference on Low-Field NMR Technology and Applications in Suzhou from 19 to 21 October 2023.

Having successfully held eleven previous sessions, this conference remains the most comprehensive event in China for showcasing and exchanging achievements in low-field NMR technology and its applications. The 12th National Conference will continue to focus on the theory, methods, and technologies of low-field NMR, including time-domain NMR, magnetic resonance imaging, and other related areas, as well as applications in energy and geotechnics, life sciences, food and agriculture, and polymer materials.

This year, a poster session will be organised to provide participants with a platform to showcase research outcomes, technological innovations, and new ideas. We cordially invite students and researchers to submit posters.

1. Submission Deadline: From now until 30 September 2023

2. Eligibility

All registered participants are welcome to submit posters. Young scholars and postgraduate students are especially encouraged to participate. Posters should align with the theme of the 12th National Conference on Low-Field NMR Technology and Applications and will be displayed throughout the conference.

The best posters will be selected for awards. Winners will receive prizes and certificates, and Niumag will also feature outstanding posters on its online platforms, including the official website and WeChat account, to facilitate wider exchange and recognition.

3. Poster Guidelines

1. Poster Preparation: The conference organisers will provide poster boards for academic display. Please submit electronic versions of posters in advance to the conference committee, which will arrange printing and display.

2. Poster Specifications: 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height), resolution above 150 dpi, JPG format.

3. Submission: Please send the electronic poster by 12:00 on 30 September to the designated conference email: yan_gong@1680.webi.svipwebs.com
