On the morning of March 8th, Mr. Cheng Daoming, President of Chaoyang University of Technology in Taiwan, led a delegation to visit East China Normal University (ECNU) and toured the ECNU Science Park. The visiting delegation included Assistant Vice President and International Director Dr. Yu Wende, Vice President of Academic Affairs and Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Ms. Liu Sujuan, and Director of Cross-Strait Affairs Project Mr. Yang Yicheng.

Nuohai, a high-tech enterprise focused on the research and development of low-field nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) devices and an outstanding entrepreneurial representative from ECNU’s Science Park, hosted President Cheng and his delegation. The two sides held in-depth discussions on opportunities for industry-academia collaboration and comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship partnerships.

Chairman Yang Peiqiang and employees of Nuohai engaged in a lively exchange with President Cheng and his delegation. In front of the company’s cultural wall, Chairman Yang introduced Nuohai’s corporate culture—depicting the hardworking nature of the ox, the wisdom of the horse, and the responsibility of the elder brother, all of which truly reflect the spirit of Nuohai’s team.
Later, Chairman Yang led the delegation through Nuohai’s experience center, where they were shown the existing nuclear magnetic resonance equipment. The delegation was particularly interested in the demonstration on “Using Low-Field NMR for Graphene Dispersion Evaluation.”

Furthermore, Chairman Yang provided the visiting guests with a comprehensive introduction to Nuohai’s 15 years of innovation and entrepreneurship journey. Over the past 15 years, Nuohai has achieved remarkable milestones and has gained a stellar reputation both in industry and academia. President Cheng and his delegation showed great interest in the application of low-field NMR technology in fields such as food safety, geotechnical engineering, and other sectors. A lively discussion was held with Chairman Yang regarding these applications.

Nuohai’s vision is to ensure that every household has access to a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) device. President Cheng showed great interest in this vision and inquired in detail about how such a goal could be achieved. Chairman Yang explained that NMR devices could be used for food safety testing, health monitoring, and other household applications. Nuohai is continuously improving its products to make them more compact and portable in order to bring this vision closer to reality.

Finally, Chairman Yang introduced Nuohai’s wholly-owned subsidiary, TaiNuo Education, which focuses on the development of innovative and inquiry-based education for primary and secondary school students. TaiNuo Education is dedicated to transforming Nuohai’s research experience into a tool for fostering scientific awareness, spirit, and ability among younger generations. Its core philosophy is to plant the seeds of inquiry and innovation, contributing to the nurturing of the future leaders of the global scientific community.

Throughout the entire visit, President Cheng and his delegation expressed their appreciation for Nuohai’s growth and its expansion into the field of innovative education for primary and secondary schools. Both sides agreed to continue exploring further opportunities for exchange and cooperation.

Nuohai has already expanded internationally, and Nuohai’s team has grown more confident, showcasing stronger capabilities in the field of scientific instrument manufacturing through increased international exchanges and cross-strait interactions. As Nuohai grows, it also places more emphasis on talent education, fulfilling its social responsibility for scientific innovation education. It is believed that TaiNuo Education, like Nuohai, will gradually become a leading force in the tech-education industry.

Nuohai specializes in the promotion and application of “low-field nuclear magnetic resonance” technology, with strong R&D capabilities, a complete production, service, and mature operational management system. The company has independently developed multiple nuclear magnetic resonance analysis instruments, which have received several national awards and certifications. Its products are widely used in agriculture, food, energy exploration, polymer materials, textile industry, life sciences, and other industries, receiving widespread recognition in the industry.
